What you are agreeing to by reading

What you read here is general reading about a lawn company's month. It is not a plan fitted to your own year. Using this site means you accept this page. What is not done here is written on the disclosures page, and those limits are part of these terms.

Everything published here is general information for owners of lawn and landscape companies. It is not advice about your own numbers, and reading it does not make you a client. Rules land differently on different facts, so confirm anything that matters for your return before you rely on it.

The time you book, or the note you send, creates no engagement and no ongoing duty. We will say what we see in the month and what keeping it would involve, including when the honest answer is that the file is already in good shape. Work begins only when both of us sign an engagement that names the accounts, the months, and the fee.

You keep the login. We do not take the subscription into our name. You keep running payday after payroll is set up. We do not promise a result on a return, a loan, or a sale of the company.

Do not send account numbers, full card numbers, or a copy of a return through the form. A sentence about the route is enough for the first note. If we need statements later, we will ask for them on a channel named in the engagement.

The pages, the pictures, and the wording belong to the practice. You may read them and share a link. You may not copy the pages onto another site.

A month we mark on a call is still your month. Marking it does not move the file, the subscription, or the bank connection. The fee lives only in the engagement both of us sign.

If you stop after the first talk, nothing is owed for reading the month. Work you later engage is billed as that engagement says. These pages never show a price, because a price without the accounts is a guess.
